5 minutes or less

  1. Write down one thing you have stopped doing since this started.
  2. Write what stopping gave you at the time. Rest, less pressure, no risk of failing at it.
  3. Write what it has cost over the month since.
  4. You are not looking for a decision here. You are looking at the trade, plainly, once.

If it does not work

If you cannot think what stopping gave you, use relief. It is almost always relief, and relief is a real reward, which is the whole reason the loop holds.
