The one sentence

Not less dua. Dua and then one specific line written underneath it.

The move

Making the plan specific enough to run

5 minutes or less

Write one sentence: when it is [time] and I am at [place], I will [the first small action].
The action must be small enough that you could not fail it. Open the book at chapter four is an action. Study biology is not.
Put it where you will see it at that time.
Do not add a second one until this one has run for three days.

If it does not work

If the time passes and you do not do it, change the time or make the action smaller. Do not add a punishment and do not start on Monday.

A specific plan works better than a good intention. Fill both halves in your own words.
