Reading your own state without a verdict

- Write the sentence you have been saying to yourself about what this dryness means.
- Cross out any part of it that is a verdict on you rather than a description of the state.
- Read what is left.
- You are describing a season. Nobody has asked you to grade it.
If it does not work
If somebody else has given you the verdict rather than you giving it to yourself, that is heavier and it is not yours to settle alone. Take it to somebody who knows both the religion and the state you are in.
