  1. Ask whether the flatness is only in worship, or in everything.
  2. Think of three things you used to enjoy that have nothing to do with religion. Are they flat too?
  3. Ask how long. Weeks, or months.
  4. Only in worship and recent is a season. Everywhere and for months is worth taking to a doctor. Write which one yours looks like.

If it does not work

If you cannot tell, that is common and it is not a failure of self knowledge. Ask somebody who sees you daily whether you seem different in general or only quieter about religion.
