- Is the flatness in everything, not only worship?
- Has it lasted more than a few weeks?
- Is there checking and repeating, and fear of having got something wrong?
- Two yeses to the first pair means see a doctor. A yes to the third means say the word obsessional when you go.
If it does not work
If none of them is a clear yes and it still will not lift, going anyway is a reasonable thing to do. You do not need to qualify.
