- Pick one thing you have been carrying and not saying.
- Write it as a complaint with no verdict in it.
- Say it once, at a calm time, not during a disagreement and not at night.
- Then stop talking and let them answer.
If it does not work
If it turns into an argument, that is not a failure of the method. Use the named pause from the anger material, come back, and do not add the second topic.
