Cutting one feeder

- Pick one: checking the balance repeatedly, avoiding the post, comparing with other people, or doing sums at night.
- For checking, decide a time of day and only then.
- For the post, open it in one go at a fixed time with somebody nearby if that helps.
- For night sums, write the thought down for the appointment and get up rather than lie there.
- One week, one change.
If it does not work
If the post has piled up so far that one sitting is not possible, open five items. Five is a real number and it is not nothing.
