Write down what you have been telling yourself about what worrying means about your trust.
Underline the part that is a verdict on your faith.
Cross it out. The arithmetic is not a spiritual report card and it never was.
What is left is a practical problem, and practical problems have practical steps.

If it does not work

If you cannot separate them, that is worth taking to somebody who knows both halves rather than settling alone at one in the morning.

A specific plan works better than a good intention. Fill both halves in your own words.
