Getting the right help, which is not this course

- Write down the total owed if you know it, and roughly if you do not.
- Find a free regulated debt advice service in your country. Free and regulated are both load bearing words.
- Book the appointment before you feel ready, because ready does not arrive.
- Take whatever paperwork you have, even if it is incomplete.
If it does not work
If you have had thoughts of ending your life about money, that comes first and it is today. Debt is survivable and the numbers on the getting help page are for exactly this.
