Write the sentence you have been carrying about what this means about you as a mother.
Ask whether you would say it to a friend in the same first year.
Cross out the part that is a verdict.
What is left is a state with causes, and the causes are biological, psychological and situational at once.

If it does not work

If somebody else is saying it to you, that is heavier and it is worth telling somebody at your next appointment that this is being said.

A specific plan works better than a good intention. Fill both halves in your own words.
