Guilt has an exit, which is repair, and the day carries on. Shame has none. This course works on the fourth box. The diagram shows a loop running through: Trigger: tired, alone, late, then The behaviour, then Guilt: I did a bad thing, then Shame: I am a bad thing, then Escape, the fastest way out.
