The one sentence

Take the most ordinary and most physical of the four. It needs no insight and no willpower, and it is a decision about a room.

Changing one situation

This is about where and when, not about willpower.
Name the time and the place it almost always happens.
Change one thing about the situation. The room, the hour, where the device charges.
Do not announce it and do not make it a vow. Just change the arrangement.

If it does not work

If the situation is not in your control, pick the smallest part of it that is. Even ten minutes of the hour moved is a real change to the arrangement.

A specific plan works better than a good intention. Fill both halves in your own words.
