Try a rule of your own making: when something at work feels unjust, write down what happened the same day and do nothing else for twenty four hours. Then decide, with one person you trust, whether to raise it, record it, or let it go. That keeps the part of you that notices what is wrong and removes the part that resigns before there is another job.
He is fretful when misfortune touches him (Quran 70:20). The raw, quick reaction to something going wrong is described there as an ordinary human thing to have to manage.

A meta-analysis found that difficulty regulating emotion is a substantial part of ADHD related impairment, alongside the executive difficulties that cognitive accounts emphasise. That describes the size of the wave rather than a fault in how you read the situation. It pooled studies in children, so treat it as background rather than as a finding about your workplace.

Strength of evidence: one line of research. A single study, or a theoretical account.
A fixed delay between the feeling and the action leaves your judgement intact and takes out the piece you would regret.
Much of what matters most in an assessment never comes up unless you ask for it directly. Unplanned pregnancies, money trouble, sackings, near misses in the car: people very rarely volunteer these.
Anger and grief often arrive with a late diagnosis, especially once treatment starts working and you see what you could have been doing all along. That reaction is not ingratitude. It needs room.
If you reach the bottom of a page and nothing has stayed, reading it again more slowly usually will not fix it. Change something about how you are reading instead.
