The practical work is splitting the load by what each of you is actually good at rather than down the middle, and putting the shared admin somewhere visible instead of in one person's head. It also helps to separate two conversations that keep getting tangled: what needs doing, and how each of you feels about the other. Couples work with somebody who understands ADHD gets further than either of you trying harder.
If your Lord had pleased, He would have made all people a single community, but they continue to have their differences (Quran 11:118). Difference between two people is the standing condition, so the work lies in how it is handled.

An integrative review of ADHD across women's lives synthesises evidence that it is often recognised late or misdiagnosed, with consequences that accumulate over the years. Late recognition is part of why couples arrive with years of unexplained friction behind them. It reviews women's experience rather than measuring what happens to relationships.

Resentment grows out of an uneven load that nobody named, not out of a lack of love.
If thoughts of ending your life turn up, tell someone that day. Do not wait to see whether they pass, and do not wait until you can explain them properly.
Work is one of the places ADHD does the most damage, and it is usually a question of fit rather than ability. Choose the job that suits how you actually run, not the one that would suit an improved version of you.
In any quiet practice, dhikr, prayer, sitting still, your mind will go. The practice is not staying put. It is noticing you have gone and coming back, however many times that turns out to be.
