The dangerous part is not the missed session, it is the story that follows it, the one where you have blown it so you may as well stop altogether. Decide now what you will do after a gap, while you are calm and it is still hypothetical. Coming back at less than you were doing still counts as coming back.
It is God who creates you weak, then gives you strength, then weakness after strength (Quran 30:54). Capacity rising and falling is described as the ordinary shape of a life, not as a personal failing.

In chronic fatigue syndrome the evidence on exercise is genuinely contested. A Cochrane review found exercise therapy reduced fatigue compared with passive control, while many patients report that pacing, rather than steadily increasing the load, is what they can actually sustain. Whatever your situation, resuming at a level you can hold beats forcing your way back to where you were.
