The evidence is for movement alongside therapy, not for therapy with a few stretches added by someone who picked them up from a video. Handing it over keeps your hour for what you are trained to do, and gives the client somebody who can see when a posture is wrong for that body. Knowing one good local class or a decent online programme is worth more here than trying to do it yourself.
A strong, trustworthy man is the best to hire (Quran 28:26). Capability and trustworthiness together are what you look for when you pass a task to someone else.

In a randomised trial of 269 patients receiving chemotherapy, a supervised multimodal exercise programme reduced fatigue and improved vitality and general wellbeing. Supervision was built into what was tested, so the finding speaks for programmes run by people who know what they are doing rather than for movement in the abstract.

Strength of evidence: one line of research. A single study, or a theoretical account.
Work done by someone trained for it tends to be safer and better, and it leaves your own hour intact.
You do not need greenery for outside to help. Snow, grey sky, bare trees, a car park at dusk. Getting out still does something.
If a movement class sounds like it comes with somebody else's beliefs attached, ask what actually happens in the room before ruling it out. Much of it can be done as plain movement.
Start the movement slow enough that it is almost boring. Speed it up once it has gone smooth, and only then add the thinking part.
