Asking for the right help

10 minutes or less

  1. Write whether this is only about exams, or about most things.
  2. Write how long, and whether it was there before this course of study.
  3. If it is most things and it is longstanding, ask to be assessed rather than asking for study tips.
  4. If it has been lifelong and general, mention that when you ask, because that is a different conversation.

If it does not work

A student services or a GP appointment both work as a first door. You do not need to know which one you need before you go.
