The one sentence
Take the most ordinary and physical of the four. The rest are slower work.
The move
Cutting one feeder

- Pick one: scrolling instead of contacting, replaying an interaction, turning down invitations, or waiting to be asked.
- For scrolling, decide what you will do in the ten seconds after you notice.
- For waiting to be asked, send one invitation a week for three weeks.
- One at a time, for a week each.
If it does not work
If turning things down has become automatic, try saying yes once without deciding whether you want to. You can decide afterwards, and often the wanting arrives during.
