Two. The sentence with nothing behind it
Allah gives His hardest battles to His strongest soldiers.
It is on cards, on posts, on the wall of the ward. It is not a verse of the Qur'an and it is not a hadith. It has no chain. It is a modern saying, and it does a specific job, which is to make a struggling woman feel that asking for help would forfeit the compliment.
It is worth retiring, gently, whenever you see it.
Two more in the same family. That Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity means you must be able to cope with this, so stop asking. That verse is about legal obligation, about what you are required to do, and it is the basis for the concessions in lesson three. It lightens the load. It has never been a statement about how much distress a person can absorb in silence.
That is not a reading we have imposed on the verse. Sahih Muslim records the occasion of it. The verse before it had landed on the Companions with a weight that none of them had felt before, they said so out loud, and this verse came down after it as the relief. The first recorded effect of Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, on anybody at all, was to lighten what people had just said they could not carry.
And that a mother's dua is always answered, so if you are still struggling something must be wrong with your state. That is a claim about somebody's standing with Allah, made from their symptoms, by a person who cannot possibly know. It is not established and it does real harm.

لَا يُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۚ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتۡ وَعَلَيۡهَا مَا ٱكۡتَسَبَتۡۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَآ إِن نَّسِينَآ أَوۡ أَخۡطَأۡنَاۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَيۡنَآ إِصۡرࣰ ا كَمَا حَمَلۡتَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِنَاۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِۦۖ وَٱعۡفُ عَنَّا وَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَٱرۡحَمۡنَآۚ أَنتَ مَوۡلَىٰنَا فَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
God does not burden any soul with more than it can bear: each gains whatever good it has done, and suffers its bad- ‘ Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make mistakes. Lord, do not burden us as You burdened those before us. Lord, do not burden us with more than we have strength to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Protector, so help us against the disbelievers.’

It is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas:When this verse:" Whether you disclose that which is in your mind or conceal it, Allah will call you to account according to it" (ii 284), there entered in their minds something (of that fear) such as had never entered their hearts (before). The Apostle (ﷺ) observed: Say: We have heard and obeyed and submitted ourselves. He (the reporter) said: Allah instilled faith in their hearts and He revealed this verse:" Allah burdens not a soul beyond its capacity. It gets every good that it earns and it suffers every ill that it earns. Our Lord, call us not to account if we forget or make a mistake. He the (Lord) said: I indeed did it. Our Lord! do not lay on us a burden as Thou didst lay on those before us. He (our Lord) said: I indeed did it. And pardon us, have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector" (ii. 286). He said: I indeed did it
