Health is flexibility: sometimes speak up, sometimes let go, chosen to fit, not fixed by habit.
God commands justice, doing good, and generosity (Quran 16:90). A measured, fitting response, just here, generous there, is the balance being described.
النحل
۞إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنِ وَإِيتَآيِٕ ذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡيِۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

Psychological flexibility, adapting your response to what the moment calls for instead of running a fixed pattern, predicts better wellbeing; rigidity, doing the same thing regardless, predicts worse.
