- Has anyone in your home changed what they do to keep you calm?
- Has anyone been frightened of you?
- Have you hurt a person or broken something?
- If any answer is yes, this is a safety matter. Stop this course and get specialist help today.
If it does not work
If you are not sure whether it counts, treat that as a yes. The cost of getting help you did not strictly need is small and the cost of the other mistake is not.
