The signs that mean today
5 minutes or less
- Not eating or drinking.
- Not sleeping at all, for days.
- Talking about ending their life, or yours.
- Being unable to keep themselves safe.
- Any one of these means today, and it means a doctor or an emergency service, whatever else you also believe is happening.
If it does not work
Nothing in doing this closes any other door. You can call an ambulance and keep reciting in the waiting room, and nobody has to choose.
