The eye
Sound and plain. The effect of the eye is a fact, in Bukhari, from Abu Huraira. And in Muslim, from Ibn Abbas, with an instruction attached to it.

And the Qur'an already told you where to turn. From an envier when he envies, in the last surah but one.
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
the harm in the envier when he envies.’

Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The effect of an evil eye is a fact." And he prohibited tattooing

And in Muslim, from Ibn Abbas, with an instruction attached to it. Both are shown because this is stated in the two soundest collections rather than in one.
Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the influence of an evil eye, you should take bath
