Separating what is affirmed from what is claimed

5 minutes or less

  1. Write what you have been told about your situation.
  2. Mark which parts the lesson shows are affirmed and which are somebody's addition.
  3. The additions are not binding on you.
  4. This is not about believing less. It is about not being obliged by things nobody established.

If separating them is not something you can do from a course, that is honest, and it is a question for somebody qualified rather than for the person who told you.
