Separating patience from silence

Write what you have not said out loud since it happened.
Ask whether you have been holding it in because you chose to or because you thought you had to.
Say one of those things to one person this week.
Nothing in patience required you to say nothing.

If it does not work

If there is nobody to say it to, write it. Written down and unread by anybody is still out rather than in, and it is a real first step.

A specific plan works better than a good intention. Fill both halves in your own words.
