Separating patience from staying

- Write nothing down. Just answer this to yourself.
- Has patience been asked of you by somebody who benefits from your patience?
- Nothing in patience requires you to stay somewhere you are not safe.
- That is the whole of it and there is no more to work out today.
If it does not work
If somebody with religious standing has told you otherwise, you are allowed to seek another opinion, and you are allowed to be safe while you do.
